How to end background tasksVirus protection programs can stop, block, or otherwise prohibit proper installation of many programs. Before installation, please completely disable and turn off all such programs, then end all unnecessary background tasks and processes.
Once you've ended all unnecessary background tasks and processes, try running the installation program again. When the installation is complete, you may turn your anti-virus protection programs back on. We do not recommend running protection programs while playing our games, as conflicts such as difficulty saving may occur.
